Created in Illustrator CS2 using mesh and some pen.
Never work on anything when you have a cold I was really loosing my patents with this one.
This was a request from a short time ago. Hope I did her justice and a name would be nice to go with the face.

The image of Ziyi Zhang was found and provided by sweetcloud [link] visit her

I would have liked to have done better on this but the cold didnt help

damn!! this is wicked! I thought she was zhang zi-yi. Great work on this one. You sure had the patience to be working on gradient mesh.

Details is greatly done and I thought it was a photo but looking at it makes me realise that it really is a mesh.

Did you have a reference photo for this artwork?

I would love to work on mesh too, wish my computer is more powerful.

Yep I had a ref photo Im hoping the person that provided it steps forward so that I can link and credit them.
I have some stuff in my scraps that might give you some idea of how I use the mesh and there is a journal entry on it.
